Custom systems for clinics and small businesses in Israel — booking, CRM, quotes, and the site that ties them together. I build it myself, and you deal with me directly.
For clinics and small businesses in Israel
Online booking, waitlists, patient records and quotes — four connected apps, all in Hebrew, built for how a private clinic actually runs.
Bilingual Hebrew and English sites you can update yourself, fast on mobile, and connected to the systems behind them.
If you are doing the same thing by hand every week, it can probably be automated. Connecting existing tools, or building what does not exist yet.

Our flagship digital ecosystem, synchronizing complex global operations.
Stop spending your day booking appointments. Patients choose when and where, and reschedule themselves — leaving you more time for the people in front of you.
Before you ask
It depends on the size of the clinic and how many practitioners work there. A solo therapist and a four-practitioner clinic are not the same thing, so there is no fixed price list here. Send a message and you will get a quote that fits.
Yes. A booking button can be added to a site you already have, or a new site can be built with it included. Both connect to the same system.
The patient gets a link by WhatsApp or SMS, taps it, sees open slots and picks one. No app download, no account. Anyone who prefers to call still can, and you book them manually.
The waitlist offers the freed slot to patients who were waiting, in order. The hour fills without you calling anyone.
Setup is on me and usually takes a few days: treatment types, durations, working hours and practitioners. You receive a system ready to use.
Yes. It was built in Hebrew from the ground up rather than translated. Correct RTL on every screen, including quotes and PDF documents sent to patients.
Your data stays yours, in a separate installation per client. At the end of a free trial the system locks and data is kept for 61 days before deletion.
VeraSync is a small software studio in Tel Aviv. I build systems for businesses that need something shaped around how they actually work.
You deal with me directly — no account managers, no handoffs. The person you talk to is the person who builds it.
